The face of Lakshmi has a serene expression, and she holds a lotus which is a symbol of purity. The fine workmanship on the statue including the beautiful jewelries, clothing, and other decorative elements highlights the artisan skill to achieve these expressive details, thus capturing the fierce, yet divine nature of Narasimha and the benevolent presence of Lakshmi.
