Product description: Lord Ganesha or Ganapati, is one of the most widely worshipped deities in Hinduism. He is revered as the remover of obstacles, and the God of wisdom and intellect. The term "Lambodara" means the Lord with a huge belly. Devotees believe that invoking Ganesha's blessings before undertaking any endeavor can help overcome challenges and ensure success. His popularity extends beyond Hinduism, and his imagery and teachings have influenced art, literature, and spirituality across various cultures and regions. The brass statue depicts Ganesha seated on a flat pedestal with his vahana, the mouse near his feet. The face of Ganesh has a calm expression, and he is adorned with jewelries and a decorated halo crown. His rear hands holds a goad, and a pasha (Noose), and the right hand is in Abhaya mudra. The trunk of Ganesh is curved to his left touching a sweet delicacy.  It is believed that simply looking at the face of Ganesh or meditating upon it, can inspire a sense of peace, and spiritual upliftment. Lambodara Ganesh is one of the beautiful Ganeshas from our collections with a divine countenance.
