Product description: The Peacock lamp is an amazing multilayer lamp with about 4 layers, and each layer has small Peacocks with a five wick small deepam hanging attached to each Peacock. Each layer is designed with a circular disc shaped like a tree branch with the hanging Peacock lamps. The small Peacock with the hanging lamp is movable and can be positioned in different angles. The lamp has the dancing Peacock atop with a three wick deepam plate and the first layer has 3 Peacocks, the middle layer has 4 Peacocks, the next layer has 6 Peacocks, and the bottom most layer has 8 Peacocks which totals to 22 Peacocks in the lamp. The stem of the lamp is engraved with beautiful floral leafy designs which enhances the beauty of the lamp. The deepam plate is filled with oil or ghee, and a wick (strands of thread or cotton) is placed inside to light the lamp. In Hinduism, lighting the lamp symbolizes the removal of darkness and brings good fortune in one's life.
