Product description:Goddess Lakshmi is the Hindu goddess worshipped for wealth and prosperity. Lakshmi is the consort of Lord Vishnu, and daughter of Bhrigu and Khyati. She is also called as "Shri", the feminine energy of Supreme Being. Her four arms represents moksha, dharma, artha and kama. The Lotus flower in her hands is associated with purity of mind, body and soul.
The brass statue depicts Goddess Lakshmi seated on a decorated throne in lalitasana pose (one leg folded inwards and the other leg hanging down). The rear hands of Lakshmi holds Lotus flowers, and her front right hand shows Varada Mudra with coins pouring, while her left hand carries the gold pot filled with coins. The face of Lakshmi look calm and beautiful, and she is adorned with lots of jewelries which is a typical iconic attribute of Lakshmi. Her saree(dress) is beautifully draped showing the pleats and floral designs throughout the dress, and Lakshmi looks stunning in a vibrant green gold patina. The statue with its rare color finish certainly highlights the aesthetic details of the statue and gives a splendid look.
