Product description: Lakshmi is the Hindu goddess of wealth and prosperity, and is also called as "Sri", the feminine energy of the Supreme Being. In Hinduism, Friday is the auspicious day for Lakshmi and worshipping the Goddess with flowers and lighting the lamp is believed to bring good fortune. The panel is intricately carved with attention given to all details and portrays Lakshmi seated on a lotus with two Elephants at the sides with their trunks raised, an umbrella atop with a pair of hanging lamps at the sides and two pots of gold coins at the base. Lakshmi is adorned with beautiful ornaments and holds the lotus flowers in her upper two hands, and her lower hands shows blessings with coins, falling into the center bowl. There is also a pair of standing lamps at the base. The outer frame is designed with floral patterns and supported by pillars.
