Product description: Lord Rama, the son of King Dasaratha, and Queen Kausalya is the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu. The birth of Rama is celebrated as Rama Navami, a Hindu festival celebrated in spring. Lord Rama is the main character of the epic Ramayana. He has three half brothers, and Lakshmana is one of the half brother who stood by Rama at all times for the affection and devotion he had for Rama. Rama is the best example of an ideal man as he exemplifies the virtues of a good son, a moral king, a faithful husband, and an affectionate brother. The statue of Rama Darbar portrays Rama and his wife Sita seated on a throne under an umbrella in Abhaya Mudra, along with Rama’s half brother Lakshmana standing next to Sita, and a royal guard stands next to Rama with a hand held ceremonial fan of feathers (Chauri). Hanuman, a loyal devotee of Rama, and Bharat another half brother of Rama are kneeling down in Anjali mudra showing their respect. Hanuman is one of the central characters in Ramayana who helped Rama reunite with his wife Sita defeating the troop of the asura king Ravana. Hanuman is worshipped for his extraordinary strength, and unconditional devotion and loyalty towards Rama. The brass statue is indeed a beautiful set of Rama Darbar in a fine finish.
