Product description: The wood panel is a divine representation of Annamalaiyar with his consort Sri Unnamalai Amman ( A depiction of Parvati Devi) in a mountainous background which represents the Annamalai Hills, and the fire (Jyoti) on top of the hill. The wood carving exhibits a fine illustration of Lord Annamalaiyar with layers of garlands, ornaments, rudraksha mala and with a five headed serpent hood. His consort Goddess Unnamalai Amman is wearing a shaivite wedding pendant (Mangalyam), along with layers of beautiful jewelries, and flower garlands. Some key features of the carving would be the attention given to the clothing and accessories, and the depth of the yoni achieved to the best possible in bringing out the exact representation of Arunachaleswara.
